B. Transit Time, Handling Period, and Order Cut-off Time

  • Transit Time: Orders typically take 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday) for delivery.
  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York) will be processed the next business day.
  • Handling Period: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

C. Delivery Methods

We use major carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx for order fulfillment.

D. Address Changes

  • Address changes are not possible after an order has been shipped.

E. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled at any time before shipment.

F. Damaged Parcels

G. Manufacturer Direct Shipping

For orders fulfilled via Manufacturer Direct Shipping, please note:

  • Shipping Method: Standard economy ground service, with the carrier determined by the manufacturer.
  • Handling Period: Processing takes 1–2 business days (possible delays due to manufacturer factors).
  • Transit Time: Delivery takes 1–5 business days, depending on the manufacturer’s warehouse location and destination.
  • Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking number via email once the order ships.
  • Updates: We will notify you promptly of any unforeseen delays in processing or shipping.
    Note: Manufacturer Direct Shipping involves third-party coordination, and some processes are beyond our direct control. Contact us for questions.

H. International Orders

This policy primarily applies to U.S. orders. International orders may incur additional charges (e.g., customs duties, taxes, shipping fees). Customers are responsible for complying with their country’s import regulations and associated costs.
